So we have very generous 7 days Exchange policy on our products.

However making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, Understood and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

  • We have 7 days Exchange policy from the date of product delivered. If you are unsatisfied with your product, you can Exchange it within 7 days From Delivery.
  • Items to be returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Return items will only be accepted in their original packaging, Including hangers, polyester bags, Hang tags on garments.
  • Customers must have to return the product with bill and label with it.

How to Exchange the Products?

  • An Exchange request has to be placed on WhatsApp help desk (+91) 94287 52325 ,within 7 days from the time of order delivered. 
  • Once we receive the request, after having an conversation with customer, we will approve and confirm the exchange request.
  • Once acknowledged by our team, We will Assign the Return pickup to our courier partner company, they will pickup and handle the return courier process. (Reverse Shipping charges of 100 Rupees has to be paid by customer him/her self)
  • Within 2 to 3 days of Assigning, they will pickup up the return product.
  • Once we receive a returned product, it will go through quality testing and once approved we will dispatch your exchanged product as soon as possible.

AATHADO does not offer refunds. All sales are final. However, we are committed to ensuring you receive the right product, and our exchange policy is designed to help you with that.
